If you have not been paid by Victory Multimedia...

If you have not been paid by Victory Multimedia for the distribution of your DVDs, books, or other products, immediately send a letter to terminate your contract, and then study your contract and figure out your legal options.

Do not continue to ship your products to Victory Multimedia. You will never be paid without taking legal action against Victory Multimedia.

Many small producers not paid by Victory Multimedia and Randall Freeman

Since my last post about Victory Multimedia not paying it's suppliers for independent DVD sales, I have heard from many other independent producers who, like me, unfortunately decided to distribute their films/DVDs through Victory Multimedia (also known as Victory Audio Videos Services, Inc.).

A number of the producers had not received payments from Victory Multimedia, but were still continuing to ship their DVDs when they received orders from Victory.

A number of other people have emailed me and said that they have had many arguments with Randy Freeman, and still have not been paid.

Most of these people are located outside of Los Angeles, which makes it very hard to take Victory Multimedia to court. Unless they incur a lot of legal expenses.

It's enough money that it hurts them, but isn't worth the expense of suing.

$5000 from 100 producers, adds up to $500,000!

Speaking from my experience only, do not distribute your independent film with Victory Multimedia!
