If you have not been paid by Victory Multimedia for the distribution of your DVDs, books, or other products, immediately send a letter to terminate your contract, and then study your contract and figure out your legal options.
Do not continue to ship your products to Victory Multimedia. You will never be paid without taking legal action against Victory Multimedia.

Be sue to send your termination letter to Victory Multimedia via the official method outlined in your contract. Yur contract may say that you must send the letter to Victory Multimedia via Certified Mail, or Registered Mail, etc.
ReplyDeleteBe sure to send it using the correct method. Also, be sure to address it correctlt: "Victory Audio Video Services, Inc., dba Victory Multimedia".
